Culture..Who creates the culture at workplace?

 No Hard Feelings by Liz Fosslien & Mollie West Duffy reminded me of something simple but powerful,

Culture always cascades from the leader.

It’s not built on big gestures, bonuses, or slogans.

It’s built on small, consistent actions — the smile, the good feedback, the quick check-in, the follow-up.

These micro-actions create a culture where people feel they belong.

Because:

Diversity is having a seat at the table.

Inclusion is having a voice.

Belonging is when that voice is truly heard.

That’s what keeps people engaged. That’s what makes them stay. And that’s what makes a company grow.

Culture isn’t abstract — it’s lived every day, in every small action. And as leaders, it begins with us.
